APPEARANCES AND APPARITIONS
Appearances and Apparitions emerges from the tension between what is revealed and what remains hidden. Real places, transformed through collage and visual interventions, leave behind their descriptive function and open onto a suspended dimension, where memory, symbols, and archetypes resurface as presences. Photography is no longer an objective record of reality, but a vision filtered through the experience and sensibility of both the creator and the observer.
CONTRASTS OF THE SOUL
Contrasts of the Soul emerges from the desire to explore the landscape beyond what the eye can see. Black and white and infrared film transform nature into an inner space, where light and darkness, presence and absence, stillness and unease coexist. The landscape thus loses its certainty and becomes a mirror: it no longer reveals only what lies before us, but something of what we carry within.
MEFITI
Mefiti is a tribute to women, to nature, and to their shared capacity to create and regenerate. The project explores the relationship between the forms of the female body and those of the natural elements, seeking correspondences, continuities, and metamorphoses. Leaves, water, earth, and organic matter merge with the body until the boundary between the human being and the surrounding world becomes uncertain. Woman does not simply inhabit nature: she becomes part of its origin and its transformation.
JOURNEY THROUGH INDIA
I set out for India without truly knowing what I was searching for. Among faces, streets, and silences, the journey led me to an encounter that would forever change the way I see.
